AHH! Headache! Wth is consideration?! My god! definition - price made by the promisee in exchange for a promisor's promise.

RuleS relating to consideration.
RULE #1 - Must be of value but not necessarily adequate value. - Someone please sell me your house for $1 !

RULE#2 - Must be of monetary value - Same as my principle: Talk is cheap! Show me the MONEY! - Just kidding

Rule#3- I curse this rule! so LONG! - must be fresh in the sense that it cannot be something that a promisee is already obligated to do / promisor is entitled to receive. - I cant give you money to treat me nicely because it is your duty to treat me nicely. HAHA! - whoever you are. Haha.

Rule#4 - I don't understand too... Must be made by promisee
Rule#5 - EVEN WORSE... Must be in exchange for promisor's promise.
